I subscribed to the newspaper to see the version as issued That works beautifully However every few months it requires me to login and will not take my documented credentials and the contact us doesn t go anywhere The forget password option never sends me an email It is very inconvenient to manage the call in password reset             Got rid of newspaper replica and now can t get info JSB_CPA

I want the old Charlotte Observer APP returned I am being required to sign in each time I want to read the paper I liked reading my digital subscription in the printed newspaper format The new format is unreadable poorly constructed and just awful The Observer was hoodwinked if they paid any money to whomever designed this new unimproved daily format     Charlotte Observer app Miss Blue Shoes

The new UI buries the e edition so deep that you have to go through the mess of the Menu to find it The old version gave you the option to open which experience you wanted They need to re enable that feature for more stars         Bring back e edition at start up GadgetJoseph

I liked to read the online version of the paper in its published form however that feature isn t included in this upgrade What s left is a useless mish mash If I wanted dullminded videos of news stories I d just watch the local nitwit news shows The app is useless Keep this up Charlotte Observer and you ll soon be out of business     Useless CLTtraveler60

I have had this app on my iPad for several years however every time I try to use it I cannot find the sections i want to read Today I tried the latest software version In my opinion it is worse than before so I am deleting this app from my iPad     Not worth the space on my iPad Fan of backgammon
