Not happy I downloaded this app and selected Free Trial All I get are popups and windows prompting me to pay for a subscription And whats up with having to type in a code all the time I dont even know what thats for but its obnoxious There are plenty of other options I suggest you try them instead     Granny Lizzy

I just downloaded this app to give my toddler something to play with while traveling It says its free but after I downloaded the app it wont let me see the videos unless I purchase a subscription Im not doing it Its a total waste of time and money     This app is not free

It crashes and some of the videos never load And only 3 of the 4 free videos are available to watch for free        Crashes a lot

This app needs an up date If I have downloaded the videos why does it need to connect to the Internet to play them Which it doesnt Will not play anything Worst app ever I want my monthly fee cancelled     Wont play

My 1 year old loves the baby first channel so I thought I would download the app only to find out you have to pay a subscription for the videos Ummm NO thanks     No good

Keeps the little guy happy and you can download the videos so you dont need to have wifi or data on to watch Life saver for when Im shopping                 Just what I needed

For busy parents this is a great first line of defense against all of the garbage in the media I use it to be able to make a decision without prior knowledge of books and more It is helpful but it does not replace your parental obligation for further research and safe decisions about what and who influences your own children It is a great tool like a hammer and it is still up to us to use it wisely as nothing can replace real common sense I love it and am grateful for the help it provides                 Great app

I use the app every day when I make my sons lunch to keep him busy in his high chair I put my iPad on the tray and begin the video and he gives me the biggest grin The 2 minutes snippets are perfect timing for me to prepare his lunch and he gets a lesson on the color of the day                 My baby and I love Color Crew

Ive paid for a subscription for almost a year and had multiple issues with the app The videos will stop playing offline or the app with ask me to purchase a subscription again When I sent an email to the listed customer service email it comes back as a delivery failure They need to get their stuff together or stop taking peoples money Cancelled my subscription        Wish it worked

This is a pretty terrible app I paid the subscription It seems to work most of the time on my iPhone 6 but the iPod touch it says I dont have a subscription so I choose go subscribe again then says I already have a subscription but then says again that I need to sign up     Terrible

I downloaded the app then decided to subscribe because the free options were limited However after a month each time my son would try to use the app we had problems We were given an error saying we werent subscribed come to find out I have been getting charged on a regular basis Thats isnt cool        Wonderful when it works

I hate this app Even though I paid for the monthly subscription it still wouldnt allow my daughter to watch anything but the free videos So I cancelled it in January 2015 Here it is August 2015 and Im STILL GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY This needs to be fixed     Stop taking my money

i already pay for the membership and is bo giving me acces they charge me twice and my baby is no able to see the videos what a dissapointed this is not supposed to happen plus is telling me that my membership ia until 2011 whatbis this     dissapointed with this app

This app does not work and they do nothing to help or fix the problem Bought a monthly subscription worked fine up until 5 months ago Now every time My son tries to play a video it asks me to buy a subscription again Account portion of app say Load Error and then prompts me to buy a subscription again I dont understand how my money comes out every month but my son hasnt watched a video in 5 months I tried helpdesk and they were NO HELP Dont waste your money It stopped working again     Want my subscription money BACK

Streaming quality varies but for the most part its good My daughter absolutely loves all the programs especially the Dance Time Boys Thanks                 Dance time boys

I love the channel at night its relaxing and puts me to sleep but they dont change the episodes provided so its the same 4 things over and over and then in addition I find it annoying that you cant rewind or fast forward I would greatly appreciate that functionother than that its a wonderful app           Disappointed

The videos were good for onthego but the app stopped working after my subscription renewed I had to contact the support desk at least 5 times I basically paid for a month I couldnt use the app It would tell me to purchase a subscription when I already had one I finally just canceled     Disappointed

I would like to provide this feedback in hopes that it actually gets fixed in the app The problem we run into most often is that the app constantly wants to contact a centralized server even if you have already downloaded the videos If you are in a poor coverage area ie traveling in a car on a roadtrip in a restaurant or other indoor area or traveling to canadaout of US where data roaming applies the app just hangs and hangs Meanwhile you have a frustrated toddler growing more and more impatient and a parent about to blow a head gasket When you are mobile and is when you use the app the most if we were at home with high quality Wifi we are not using the app as we have Baby First on TV and a playroom for entertainment Requests for improvement 1 Once I install the app and buy a subscription and download the videos I should not have to be connected to the internet ever again at least until the subscription expires The app should not hang or check with the baby first store etc 2 The app can try to check back to see if there is new content but it should not hang If there is no response within a second or two the subroutine should fail and move on to playing the downloaded video 3 From a testing perspective the app testers should turn wifi and cell data completely off and test the app and ensure everything works smoothly and quickly They should also find a location with poor coveragevery slow data and test the app to ensure everything runs smoothly for downloaded videos I dont expect streaming videos to perform well 4 Also it seems like every couple weeks we have to restore our subscription I think this is because when the app upgrades it loses the subscription info This is super annoying as well there must be a way to preserve that data as I dont have the issue with other apps           Constructive criticism for the developers

I bought a 6 month subscription on 52215 and I still cant get it to work It will only let me watch the free videos but none of the pay videos Ive emailed as per instructions and when I finally got an answer it directed me to contact them a different way Still havent heard back I want my money back if this isnt resolved Save your money and dont purchase My twins love the channel but the app stinks     I want a refund

My son will watch these when we are the run When we are at home he will watch the tv version My wife doesnt have the purchased version so he misses out However well worth it                 Love it

You may be offering a discount for multiple months but with the cost as it was it was still less for 6 months before I am disappointed that the cost per month is going from 199 to 299 and it looks like up to 399 per month on the iPad     Price increase
