I have been a high school statistician for 3 years and have never seen anything better Before this app I would have to carry around a bunch of papers and pencils Then after the game I would spend another 30 min putting the data into a spreadsheet Now I can access the box score anytime follow the game in play by play and access any stat I need in the matter of seconds                     Great app wroth every penny buleboy

When I purchased the app I thought I was going to be able to keep stats for both the home and away teams however I was disappointed when I realized I was only able to keep stats for one team I also have been unable to send the stats through email I have emailed the developer twice and have not received a response         Not quite what I expected Big Mr D

I am a high school coach and I have been waiting for an App like this I took my iPad to team camp last week and gave it to my assistant coach to use After 1 game he had it figured out and showed it to me The results were amazing Because it was so easy to use he was able to keep up with everything which is hard to find someone who can do that the old way at the high school level The stats were priceless Instead of having to go back and watch the game on film to track production in the paint vs from behind the arc it was already done for me My assistant coach showed me at halftime that we only had 4 points in the paint and all of our points were coming from our jump shooters It was like seeing a shot chart on TNT or ESPN I promptly got on to my bigs at halftime and told them they needed to get more involved It was great I was so mad I showed them the shot chart and it inspired them in a way that my yelling couldn t Kids really respond to this technology I would recommend this App to anyone especially coaches It is a great excuse for poor coaches like me to buy an iPad Also I have sent requests to many App developers and the creator of this App is the only one that took the time to get back to me I give this App and it s creator 5 stars JRender                     Best Basketball App Coach JRender

I was an assistant for college and we couldn t get instant stats printed during timeouts This helps out tremendously because we have instant information in real time Our team went 24 4 for varsity this year for the h s team an 18 8 for the j v Team because the girls knew where shots were coming from and who was taking them This is a great tool to keep the game manageable and not get caught up with the emotions of the game                     Now you can do college iAmhotet

My original review still stands with this to add Now I m able to send stats by quarter breakdown and the coaches and players love the shot charts in e mail Very intuitive app and with the willingness of the writer to take customer suggestions seriously I m sure it will continue to get even better 20 may be high comparatively but when you take into consideration all of the computing time you save with increased accuracy it s been worth every penny I have no less than 5 people usually more looking over my shoulder at each game and everyone has been impressed It s the best 20 I ve spent                     Update improvements made a great app better WildCherryRed

Maybe I m missing something but Problems 1 Can t assign players to specific teams For each game you chart you need to select player by player the team s entire roster to track stats for those players 2 Season stats page displays stats for all players you have created within the app not just the players on a particular team That means the season stats for all the players from all the teams you are tracking show up mixed together in a single report making the report virtually worthless It also means if a player plays for two different teams all of his her stats for both teams are combined 3 No display of the total team stats for the season only each player s individual season stats For example no way to tell how many shots a team took and made for the season unless you re willing to add all that stuff on your own after reviewing each player s individual stats page 4 Season stats page displays only averages for points rebounds assists steals blocks points and games Does not show totals just averages and does not show shots attempted and made 3 point shots attempted and made free throws attempted and made shooting percentages offensive rebounds defensive rebounds and more You need to select an individual to view those additional stats and can only view them one player at a time 5 Can t seem to find a way to limit reports to a particular season or particular dates Not sure how you use this for a second season unless you go through and delete all the old players and games and then re enter all the new players Want to see how a player or team has done over the past 30 days No way to do it The reason I am so critical is that this is a 20 app which puts it at the high est end for this type of app or any apps for that matter     Would be ok if it was free but it WhatsMyID

This app far exceeded my expectations I looked at every basketball stat tracking app before deciding on purchasing this one Many were cheaper and some were more expensive but I am convinced that I made the right purchase I selected this one because of its simple interface that is all on one screen I am tracking these stats while coaching on the bench so it needed to be quick and simple or I was not going to use it I really like being able to see the box score at any time The box score can be emailed The shot chart is very valuable and you can select the shot chart for the whole team or any combination of individual players There is a court sketch chart but I have not used it much yet                     Worth every penny BillyMafia
