I play sax clarinet flute professionaly and found this to be a perfect tuner to have running while resting my iPhone on a music stand or on a clip Its not overly sensitive meaning the meter doesnt visiually jump all over the place while your blowing a note into it Very easy to read Ive had zero technical issues with it I used the free version for a long time and finally decided the developer should be paid for good work                 For wind players too

I was looking for a tuner that is more accurate than the typical clip on acoustic guitar tuners I wanted a chromatic tuner of course but I also want it to hold my A calibration at A432 which is true concert pitch All the clip on tuners have to be reset every time they are cut off not Pano Tuner You set it in settings and thats it The problem was since the tuner hears the guitar through my iPhone mic it would pickup ambient noise in live audience situations no problem I bought an iRig interface for my iPhone and use a Peterson TP3 clip on sensor for the headstock The iRig turns the mic off and the sensor is the only input signal to the app wonderful This tuner makes my guitar tuning warmer more precise and maintains true concert pitch                 Great Tuner For Acoustic Guitars

Better than any tuner app and more accurate than any tuner device I have ever owned App did not bug me to upgrade like other apps do but I immediately paid 199 and got rid of the ads although not very annoying                 The best tuner

I used this app to tune my harpsichord in a historic temperament Valotti and I liked the experience better than my usual Korg tuner My only issue is that the interface is a little corny Id be fine with something plainer But overall a nice app that works great for me              Does just what is says on the tin

It seems to suffer from the same little bug as the others On guitar with the exception of the 5th and 6th strings usually the indicator jumps sharp quite a bit when you pluck the string and youre nearly deadon on the correct pitch Still a decent tuner though Would be great if they could fix that bug Cheers              Pretty good but

Unlike one reviewer I have no trouble with the low B on my bass or the low C on my oud which is a semitone above B I think detection on very low notes could depend on little details of room or amp Best all around tuner Incrediblle for 1 So fast i use it for practicing Intonation on oud Yes it has gone into hybernation a few times but seems to recover after a moment I use this app every day Needs A way to output tones would be a nice luxury or does it do that already                 Excellent amazing and cheap 10 stars

I find it jumps around too much if Im not in a quiet room which is tough at band practice This will never replace my regular plug in tuner but it works in a pinch              Way too sensitive

When pitch goes from low to high the response is much slower than from high to low           New version still has long latency problem

About 5 years ago I began trying tuner apps for guitar bass and piano Some were ridiculously overloaded with features that made tuning a chore Even the simplest tuners could not resist upgrades that made them too busy to be useful Then I found the free version of this tuner and never wanted another There are plenty of expert tools with this app and they stay in the background unless you need them I got the paid version because this tuner looks so much better without the advertising I love this App                 Wonderfully accurate and delightful to see

This is an excellent tuner I like the that it give you the frequency and the note I would also request that the tuner tell you what octave number the note is in This would help to know what octave I am tuning in and if I am off by an octave but have the correct note This would be most helpful when tuning after a change of strings A second change might be reference octave and notes for different instruments For example I play mandolin octave mandolin and banjo Thanks for a great tuner Im impressed keep improving it Cheers Ron                 Excellent tuner a couple of changes and it would be tops
