I can honestly say I have never been more surprised by the results of a training program This app not only helped my prepare for my first half marathon it helped me far exceed my goals The app is easy to use and the videos are a great bonus to keep you motivated and engaged I began training with 12 weeks to go before my first half marathon and only able to run about 6 miles at a time with a 9 30 pace Each week the runs got longer but also faster and easier The weekly runs definitely helped prepare for the long weekend runs I ran my first half with a time of 1 44 38 and felt great I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to prepare for an upcoming race                     Thrilled with My Results KatieA23451

I just ran 10 miles I never thought those words would be in my vocabulary I don t have a runners body I don t have that thing runners have I am an over weight stay at home mom who with the support of Trainer Trish am ready to run my first half I looked at other plans and chose this one because aside from the weekly long run the other runs were not very long and I could do them with a jogging stroller I did read one review that mentioned needing to be able to run 3 miles for your first week Trish does give you a written beginner 5k plan and stresses there is no shame in walking As a beginner runner I would have liked to see some guidance on stretching like she gives for core strengthening but it was easy to find another app for that This is a great app that offers sound advice as well as lots if motivation                     Great App Run Moma Run

Yesterday I completed my first half marathon NYC in 2 00 59 I beat my goal by over 9 mins This plan was so helpful in getting me there I found the videos informative and the schedule easy to follow This was the only guide I used and I couldn t be happier w the results I am now training for my first marathon and going to be using Trish s guide for that too                     My first half marathon HBRNYC

If you have run 5k s and are ready for your first half marathon this app is great I use to just run based on how I feel and never improved that way I am in my third week of the program and have already seen my mile split times improve dramatically just by following the program Trish is great at letting you know what to expect and the best thing is if you have a question simply email her and she gets back in touch within a day I haven t had any issues with the videos everything has worked great and now there are programs for 5k and 10k as well for those who find the half marathon to challenging Love the app looking forward to finishing my first half marathon                     Awesome app 07run07

If you can already run a 5K and want to continue improving your running or train for a 12 marathon then this is the perfect app The app is easy to use and Trainer Trish is very motivational and is also available on twitter to give you extra motivation and help Dont get me wrong though the app is great and it provides a great running plan that increases the mileage a little each week but it all comes down to you as an individual and how much time and effort you want to put forward I am currently on week four and i am already noticing a big improvement in my running and I am starting to enjoy running but I am putting in the time and effort and following the plan Trish laid out for us This app is definitely worth purchasing and I am very glad that I did Trainer Trish WILL make a good runner out of you if you commit to the program                 More than worth purchasing

I just completed my first half marathon thanks to Trish and her app I thought the workouts were realistic and doable I got nervous when the Sunday runs increased a mile each week but I was AMAZED when I could do it no problem When I started the program I was sort of new to running but I admit was able to run 3 miles prior to starting this program I loved that if I had a question about anything I could email Trish and she would respond within 24 hours I was thrilled when I finished my race in 208 and did not walk a single step Thank you Trish I highly recommend this app I love that the plan is realistic                 Just Completed My First Half
This is not a couch to half marathon app but a 5k to marathon app I am a total beginner and I am being ask to run 3 miles while I cant even run one mile There is no music available for training but just a calendar with the workout to do and when I just started with interval walkrun and the schedule does not even mention that just run 3 miles Yeah right Not as a beginner I wish I hadnt bought this app Totally useless If you are a true beginner like me go check out some other apps that are designed for us beginners Some are much better designed with interval training I may be able to use it in 3 month from now but for now its a total waste of my money     Not for beginner The name of the app is totally misleading

First of all I just purchased the app and the audio to the videos do not even work Lame How am I supposed to do the program without those Second of all I just started working out again never been a consistent person who works out which definitely puts me as a contender for having been a couch potato and I can barely do a preset treadmill program for 30 minutes So this app will eventually work when I want to go from was just able to walkrun mile lets progress to 15 Ill give it a try but definitely would not recommend this app Just have them use my fitness pal and look up training for a half on google for free which is what I wish I would have done        Audio doesnt work just started

Have been using this app for three days now and its exactly what I need for my first half marathon sound advice and coaching presented in an uncomplicated unintimidating personal way Covers the bases of cross training she really seems to know her stuff on core nutrition and mental preparation in ways most novice training programs I found ignore Plus the trainer is hot and keeps me motivatedlike a pep talk in your pocket Its a no brainer at 199 and Im confident itll get me through my first half                 App keeps it simple and positiveand the trainer is HOT

This app has great videos and a great schedule plus Trish is there to support you all the way Im looking forward to downloading her couch to 262 App I highly recommend this app it is fantacular                 Fantastic App
If youre looking for a step by step guide to how much you need to run daily in order to complete a half marathon than this is the app for you Trish is very upbeat and positive about running and keeping in shape She also adds a short core video for you to apply to your training Its short and not very hard to do but its effective What I love most is that if you need advice an opinion or just have a question you can email Trish and she responds very quickly and that is how she can give you personalized training Love this app                 Love it

Yesterday I completed my first half marathon NYC in 20059 I beat my goal by over 9 mins This plan was so helpful in getting me there I found the videos informative and the schedule easy to follow This was the only guide I used and I couldnt be happier w the results I am now training for my first marathon and going to be using Trishs guide for that too                 My first half marathon
But too simplified for most folks Those that are couch creatures truly CANT run the distances youre proposing in the short amount of time youre putting forth Reality has to set in at some pointslow build up We got a nation of fatties if you havent noticed Youre doing right by this though        Good try
So I went against my better judgement after reading the reviews and bought this app anyways There is no audio with the video so looks like I wont be using this anymore     No audio
If you have run 5ks and are ready for your first half marathon this app is great I use to just run based on how I feel and never improved that way I am in my third week of the program and have already seen my mile split times improve dramatically just by following the program Trish is great at letting you know what to expect and the best thing is if you have a question simply email her and she gets back in touch within a day I havent had any issues with the videos everything has worked great and now there are programs for 5k and 10k as well for those who find the half marathon to challenging Love the app looking forward to finishing my first half marathon                 Awesome app
