How about a save my user ID feature Bank of America app has it This would be so helpful instead of always having to use her ID and my password whenever I want to check my account Also I would love to see account details listed such as deposits and withdrawals like I see online Save my ID

A pain to use on mobile without Touch ID No Touch ID
My fidelity app gives me my YTD performance balances and a whole host of other options Getting account balances isnt useful without additional info about them How about YTD performance
Its good for looking at the account which is all I needed Except now it wont let me look at amount invested so I can see what kind of profit I have Meh
I like this app but the log in screen has a button to remember on this device that doesnt remember my log in or password I suggest finding a way to make that happen Other banking apps can do it securely so Im sure EJ can too Feedback

The password length seems to be limited to 8 characters but my ED Jones online password is longer than 8 characters not friendly

For those complaining about the remember login the full website doesnt do this either Some apps wont remember login credentials which is actually more secure but can be a pain Id like to see them add TouchID login Things were running ok for me but when I tried accessing some of my stock information it just had a spinning thing I can get to this info on the full website and used to get it on the app They changed their main website which looks like its messed up mobile app Some issues

This seems like its simply a wrapper around the webpage that I can view in safari This app is likely the brainchild of some overpaid Edward Jones executive who decided they need an app just like everyone else without putting any thought into what the app should do or why they should have one in the first place There are design inconsistencies and its cumbersome to use then again so is the website This is the kind of thing I would expect a kid in junior high to produce not a respected financial institution Piss poor

No matter how many times Ive tried to enter my password the app refused to allow me to enter the last digit THEN there is no online help to help rectify the situation I ended up having to log into the full site in order to get to my accounts Not having the password field large enough is a major fail Ill be deleting the app shortly Password field is truncated
