Why does a flashlight need location services I turned them off since it seems unnecessary to have location services running for a flashlight But every time I turn it on a notification pops up that tells me that the location services are turned off Just annoying Location services

I like this app because its pretty simple straightforward and useful Having said that I do believe that this app is redundant given that Apple built the exact same function right into Control Center which I think is easier to access in the dark when you need it most than to hunt for this app in a folder somewhere I first got this app before Control Center became available and I used it quite often then I rarely do today But for nostalgias sake Ill still give it four stars What can I say Im a generous guy Does The Job

I use the flashlight app often Its very bright perfect if I have to get up in the middle of the night or look for something in a dark closet Even good for finding something outside in the dark It does what I hoped it would do Nuff said Really like it

It seems great at first No ads Simple onoff switch BUT WAIT You will be reminded every 3rd or 4th launch if the application that LOCATION SERVICES are not enabled for this app So WHY does a flashlight app need to use LOCATION SERVICES When the app developer is selling your geolocation information Thats my only guess Prepare to be annoyed OR Prepare to have your physical location history revealed to the highest bidder Deceptive Beware

If you are on an iPad do NOT get this app thinking you are getting a flashlight You are not You are ONLY getting a brightness slider bar that will do nothing to help you see in the dark Really this app should not be made available to iPad owners as a flashlight app Why would you buy something that doesnt deliver what its name is I am sorry I didnt read the fineprint but I didnt have a light and needed to see something lit brighter than my dim room light allowed Now I have to go dispute the charges with iTunes and hope theyll refund my money Shame on the creators of this app for not making it more readily visible that this will not work as a flashlight on an iPad Not for iPads

As others have said once the toggle is set it turns on just by touching the app icon is hard to accidentally turn off and different from IOS8 it turns off when the iphone is turned off And I dont have to be concerned about accidentally turning off bluetooth or something I keep the icon on my first screen and use it often And its ad free Great app Just Right more useful than the IOS8 light

Turns on and off easily Has four distinct power settings that are also easy to access You can leave it on a desired setting and when you enter the app it will begin at the desired brightness level Im not sure what else you would want in a flashlight app Excellent flashlight

This app is 37mb What is all the code for and what it is doing when I turn on the light It does takes very little code to operate the light So what is really going on I dont trust it

I bought this app yet it does not work I am bummed out BummedOUT

Turns on bright and FAST Freebies had an irritating delay before actually coming on No stupid strobe if your finger accidentally touches the screen No ads I use my phone as a flashlight pretty much daily for different reasons so this was well worth paying for Worth it
