Genius Fax - Fax PDF documents

When it works its a good app Its over priced to only work a fraction of the time Also if a fax fails to send the app still counts the unsent pages against the paid account Its incredibly frustrating because the faxes fail to send fairly regularly Im averaging every third or fourth fax a failure to send and losing the paid credits     Its meh

I purchased a fax credit for one page got charged and whoops No fax credit was recognized Something got bungled between the app telling the App Store to take my money and the app receiving instructions to give me what I paid for Bad programming This app is less than amateur quality and does not meet the quality standards of Apple     Does not work

It was a free app and now you charge us It costs more than one page at FedExKinko What a ripoff Wont be using this app anymore     What the hell happened

Very convenient You dont need to go out to find a fax machine Its all in the palm of your hand                 Awesome

None of the faxes I tried to send went through and every person that tried to send me a fax reported a busy signal Dont waste your money like I did     Avoid this app

I had problems faxing 8 pages that took over 6 hours to be delivered I must say I tried other apps with the same situation long delivery time I then emailed the support people and they responded the next morning with an explanation why it happened I also use Genius Scan quite frequently without any problems Their apps are must haves                 Excellent Customer Service

This app extorts money You spend 399 to get a fax number but they do not inform you that you need to buy fax credits to receive pages in the first place 99c per page Ridiculous Find a different app online     Do not use

I love it I can scan a document with my Ipad and then fax it with this app Its a bit pricey per page but very convenient                 Awesome

Pros the app is very niceeasy to use Im a big fan of Genius Scan Cons The prices for services are expensive I found tiny scanner and fax having great prices              too expensive

I sent two faxes and received a sent successfully message for each only to find out the other end did not receive anything Also when selecting a contact it calls the number automatically instead of just selecting the fax number and returning to the presend screen I will not be getting paid this week by my employer due to this mishap I am angered because I pay credits for your faxes and expect a competent service if the problem is not resolved quickly I will be looking elsewhere for a new fax app     Disappointed What Happened Guys

The fax is convenient because I dont have to run out to find a fax machine Although it takes up to 5 minutes or more to send the fax There are also times when the fax wont go through and I have to use multiple attempts           Fax takes too long

Yesterday it took me 20 minutes just to load a 1 page fax and another 35 minutes for it to send on a lightning fast corporate connection Today Ive been trying 35 minutes just to get the new fax option to even load Very disappointed                 The app simply wont load a new fax

Car was impounded and needed to fax insurance No transportation and miles outside of the city i thought maybe theres an app for that and sure enough there was and a good one                 First app to save my day

It took a good 45 min to finally sent out three pages scanned by Genius Scan its sister software I bought the credits for 10 pages at 7 Since I may not use this again it is very expensive and slow to send 3 pages of simple documents        Slow and expensive

This software is buggy and I want my 20 back I tried repeatedly to send a 5 page fax Each time it said it was completed successfully but the recipient received blank pages On a separate occasion I sent a fax different recipient that showed it was successfully delivered but the recipient did not receive it Stay away from this software     Garbage

Its seemingly impossible to actually send a fax with this app 5 hours ago I uploaded a fax Genius Fax reports that the fax is still processing and will be sent shortly Another similar service sent the same fax during this timeframe in under 2 minutes     Nice interface But fails at the one thing its meant to do

Its very easy to use The user interface is flawless just like genius scan But its frustrating when you send a fax and its still processing after 10 hours        Good when its working

My expectations were high for this app after using the wonderful Genius Scan and I am not disappointed The app is cleanly designed simple to use and although I see some commenting on the price its inexpensive compared to an actual fax machine or a trip to the copy shop Faxes do take a significant amount of time to send from minutes to hours but its hard to say if thats an issue on the recipients side Similar online Webbased services seem to take as much time Ive had fax failures as others report for all manner of reasons but it does not count against the credits Ive had people also claim they never received the fax but then later find out someone just picked it up off the machine Th only improvements I would suggest is an email confirmation to the sender and recipient and the ability to load documents via WiFi or iTunes If the document is already on my phone the process is simple and elegant but emailing myself documents to fax them feels cumbersome If you need to fax from your mobile device or if you are using your device as a scanner and then want to fax this is decidedly the best solution available                 Easy to use best solution for mobile

Tried 5 times to send and all report fail I have good strength wifi and using iPad mini     Doesnt work

This app does not allow me to send more than one page at a time It does not provide a contact number only email and I have been waiting a while now to receive any response about getting a refund Waste of money     DO NOT USE

Its free to download but 1 per page not even per transmission Absurd There are other good truly free fax apps out there Fax burner for example Genius Scan on the other hand really is free and a super great tool I would gladly pay a dollar for the app but not per picture     Overpriced
