As already stated you can not get to the setting window to configure the Apps to your needs Second the altitude appears to be way off I live on coastal N Carolina and the altimeter reads 23 meter 3 times higher then the other apps Most important is iTune Store states that the app will work on iPad and that is the reason I purchased it I intened to use this for astronomy and therefore need accurate heading and altitude on the larger iPad screen I read that there is a Pro model available but I could not find it in iTunes             Still getting acquainted with device 87NFA

Despite what the manual says there is no settings menu Can t do basic things like change units Other than that it s good             No settings menu Pjn94550

GPS Status is one of my favorite GPS apps on Android and I rate it 5 stars on the Google Play App Store Unfortunately the iOS version is missing some real basics like the ability to change the units that are displayed feet instead of meters and GPS coordinate format Hoping this get addressed sooner than later         Happy to see GPS Status on iOS wish it had the same features as the Android version ltanner

Question on the IOS version I cannot figure out how to get to settings I wanted to get to Location Format to activate the MGRS option which is on the Android version Anyone able to help             Help Cav1776

I read the User Guide on the developers website before purchasing this app and was attracted by the Sensor Diagnostic capability However on the iPhone version it seems that that don t offer that capability as none of the Sensor Data is displayed This is misleading they should at least indicate that this feature is missing from the iOS version The GPS signal strength bar is also missing from the iOS version I would not have bought the app if I had known these things were missing as there are other basic GPS status apps that are free     Limited functionality on iPhone Karl the Viking

I was apprehensive since this app is new and there are no reviews but to me it s worth the 3 No ads no suspicious permissions Just the app as it is on android without the commands that I m sure are not exposed to iOS userspace Default units are metric Change them from the settings app                     the real deal Willis936
