I dont see Skype in this version           no skype anymore

Doesnt support Facebooks OAuth 20 so it cant get any FB messages Also support isnt responding to requests for help At this point the app is worthless     Broken for over a month

I demand my money back ASP No Facebook access and not msn access     Pure garage

No MUC support for xmpp     No MUC support for xmpp Fix that and I will give 5 stars

Yahoo quit this works from PC to Text Slightly buggy but works well most of the time Wish it had better tone options              Good Yahoo replacement

IM has one of the Cleanest and user friendly UIs it keeps all the groups i set up on my laptop via pidgin It still does not do Jabber based MUCs to my knowlege but neither does trillian I would pay another 5 for MUC support maybe consider adding it as an in app perchase if you dont wish to add it free Yes skype msn google and facebook have been making it difficult for ALL 3rd party users to use multi client chats But this affects trillian as well you CAN get facebook working as a jabber client on this                 Long time Fan

I have been having issues with logging into my Facebook account Ive tried everything and still not working A waste of 199 for pro     Not happy

The app constantly crashes then doesnt want to connect to yahoo messenger which I dont blame on the app yahoo seems unstable with its own app I paid to get rid of the annoying ads and the app got better not worse I wish I could just get my money back     Dont waste your money

I love this app its something I use daily However since I updated to the new iOS 9 its starting to eat messages Will be a 5 once thats sorted              ios9 bug

I have tried many y times to get support with no response I can no longer send pictures in my my messages This was a very good feature Other than that it is a good app Im trying to get their attention     Cant send pics anymore

this was a favorite before iOS 9 came into my life now I cant get my messages back and its pissing me off please fix it was a five star before but now its a one     iOS 9

Ive been using IM for awhile now and have had a bad time with my Jabber sessions not coming back reliably also issues where my connections would show as disabled but still be enabled showing me as available After updating today I didnt see any of those issues Keeping my fingers crossed as this is my favorite IM program When it works              Cautiously optimistic

Works on iPhone and iPad in either portrait or landscape mode Cant seem to delete people off the contact list No biggy              Very good

This IM7 pro is much better than the previous IM7 pro because Im able to log into my Facebook without turning off VoiceOver This app is accessible with the use of VoiceOver                 Better than the first I am plus pro

Does a mostly reliable job of working with multiple messenger services which is what I need for communicating with my clients              Decent IM client

It works pretty well At times it takes a bit for a message to show up in order to respond On my ipad Im able to see via notification that I have a message incoming Im able to read a portion of the message this way go to the app and it may or may not be there If its not there it seems to take forever I deal with it           Messenger

My Facebook connection through IM worked fine until about a week ago Now it says it fails OAth 20 every time I try no matter how many corrective procedures I try For the remaining additional stars eliminate 7day maximum login Chatemail notification is not as good as perpetual login Add WeChat support        No Facebook Anymore

I have not been able to connect to Facebook Messenger for nearly a week I have requested customer support but have received none I get only an automatically generated email that takes me to their trouble shooting pagewhich takes me in circles     No customer support

Compared to the previous IM pro this version is disappointing Not only did I have to pay for it again after spending 500 for the original but many of the features I normally used are missing While I do understand the appeal of a simple clean IOS 7 look and simplicity in controls and settings not everyone wants that That being said my biggest gripe is that you can no longer set the background image For a chatting app it is tiring on the eyes to look at a white background for an extended period of time However other then the missing features the app appears to function as it should notifications working and the like           Downgrade

With AIM disconnecting more and more this app needs a serious update especially for iOS 83 which tends to cause apps to randomly crash or freeze So please optimize for iOS 83 Thanks           Needs an Update

Crashes occasionally but to me its overall the best Google Talk app I know of Fills in all the functional holes of the official Hangouts app              Best Overall

Please dont advertise skype in the preview pictures if you dont have it I paid for the app under the impression that it had skype it was definitely a wasted purchase     No skype

I switched to this app because the BeeJive IM app seem to have been abandoned as far as support and updates Overall its pretty good but I wish there was a way to blockdisable the AOLSystemMsg alerts when you are signed on in more than one location           AOL System Message

It was working perfectly now when i have it turned off i get a notification of a chat message and when i launch the app it doesnt show anything Please fix it           Push notification and missing messages

Ive had IM since the App Store came out and always loved it IM practically replaced several IM apps on my iPhone and iPad Super disappointed about Skype and FB from blocking developers to access access their APIs                 Best Messenger Ever

Some of my Facebook contacts show up as Facebook User so I dont know who they are Still cant get Beep confirmed bc it wont send me the text message Contacted support twice now and havent received a response Would be nice to get my back     Disappointing

was a power player 5 years ago but today I dont use any of the services offered all replaced by iMessage and Hangouts Not sure how much longer multiprotocol messagers will maintain relevance but for me no longer relevant One a side note the one thing I hated about IM was the inability to directly send images between devices I hated how images were placed in the cloud regardless of how anonymous the developers claimed it was For that Ive always knocked off a star and thats why Im giving it only two stars in my final review of this product So long and thanks for all the stuff        IM
