This software is as basic and generic as can be and I suspect it s because this developer sells pretty much the same software for lots of different types of businesses There s NOTHING specific to dog grooming in here not even a place for the dog s name or breed A similar complaint was posted in 2014 but obviously the developer has made no effort to improve the app in the years since     Don t Waste Your Money ProGroomer

I keep hoping someone will come up with an amazing user friendly inclusive grooming app I was hoping this was it but it s not There is no history section under the dog to store directions from their last haircut Actually there isn t even a place to store a dog You can t store a dog or multiple dogs under a customer Basically all you can do is put the groomer s name and job and for the customer you can put in their name and contact info but there is no spot to save a dog under that customer Much less multiple dogs No place to store any dog info like haircut or rabies vaccination date I am so disappointed I hope these things and more get added in the future there s always hope right     Hoping Daniellechere77
