I was hoping for a robust app Like the layout but it is confusing you can t delete items there is no flexibility in scheduling on the timeline Good start but need an event planner to help you think through better functionality             Not happy Frenchi80

I really enjoyed using this app to plan my daughter s Sweet 16 last year Last year I used it to plan my 50th I wish that I was also able to use to send e vites especially if I could use my own pics for themes This would be great because all of the info needed is already in the app That is true one stop shopping This year I m trying to plan a family reunion the app will not open on my iPad It works on my iPhone 5s but not my tablet I have renew my subscription it still doesn t work It really helps to have everything together be be able to collaborate with others But if I can t get it open what good is it             Party Planner St. Paul Cheri

I bought this app so my sister my wife and I can plan a party I ve tried to add them as collaborators and it won t let me I send the emails but they don t get them So I tried to send to me and I never got one We got the app so we can plan a 70th birthday party for our parents So much for that idea I guess we will just go back to using what s app because that works     I want my money back Silly crazy fun!

Used this app to plan my mother s 79th birthday party The original 50 people attending turned to 70 Don t know what I would have done without this app Was able to track guests food decorations all in one place Gave it 4 stars because would be great to sort lists by different fields Would have helped to sort by stores Will definitely use this app again                 Great planner Mpimsj42

App will not open keeps crashing since last update     What happened GDPP in CO

We looked at a huge number of apps to try and find one to use for planning an event for a nonprofit We had a number of volunteers who were coordinating so we were hopeful that this would work for us to be able to sync info between us all as we worked to coordinate the 140 volunteers as well as all of the guests We found that the app was not very user friendly We hoped that we could use some of the features like the photo of the venue as a way to assign staff to specific areas to serve About the only thing that worked for us was getting a data base of our volunteers but checking them in didn t sync between our multiple devises as we had hoped If you used both at the same time it wouldn t save and sync both information we were hoping that it could sync during the event to see who was there with out having to reset each time to sync Prior to the event we had to be careful to not accidentally delete the work someone else did by resetting during a sync All this to say we will be looking for a new app to use for our event next year     So much potential but very disappointing Nickname843256

To other users this is my first app rating but I felt I had to rate it because this is false advertising Beware To the developers I am very upset The main reason I got the app was for the budget feature Why can t you add more main categories This is terrible and a total waste of time I feel like I was cheated You shouldn t charge 5 with such low quality If that was customizable than maybe I wouldn t be so angry but that is the main reason I got the app as I am still in the planning mode Why did you bunch up all the categories like menu I can t plan anything in detail like that Menu decorations really That is not what professionals need to plan a major event It s true that the other event apps are worse but you shouldn t hype up the app so much and then let users get so disappointed You also need to work on the GUI It s not elegant at all Please fix the main categories issue for budget it is driving me crazy And there is no tutorial on budget either is it because it is so limited and poorly done I was going to give you one star for fake advertising but because I am in the app development world myself I felt bad for you I know it s a lot of work but at the same time you should have integrity and not do false advertising Your transitions are also way to clunky You need elegance and better functionality I can t believe there is not one decent functioning event app out there Maybe that should be my next project Ughh It would be one thing if it had these issues and you charged 1 maybe 2 but to overcharge like that The fake advertising is what made me so mad Reduce your price or make some intense improvements because you will bring your rating down to the hole I m very upset and I want a refund please If you professionally issue a refund I will write another review that you were fair and professional Please issue a refund I cannot use the app             555576 Yyyyyyiiiiiiii

Great party planner I just organized a birthday party for my 80 year old aunt for about 60 guests and it made my life so much easier I find it easy to use and it s really nice to have all the logistics aspects of the party in one place It is so user friendly and every detail is taken care of even ones that I would never have thought of on my own The gift tracking feature is a life saver                     Party MaggieJ68

I learn best visually and I mention this to bring attention to the video tutorial library on the developer website as well as on youtube I have watched the tutorial on task management and can not find the task icon outlined in the video Perhaps I am doing something out of sequence or the task feature is an in app purchase I would absolutely love to watch a tutorial which depicts an event from beginning to end using this app             A Visual Learner Wanting More Kenesics

I m looking for a good easy to use party app My wife and I entertain 2 3 times a month at our home and want an easy way to generate a guest list send out email invitations and keep track of who s coming I have purchased about 10 party Apps and none of them are exactly what I want On generating a guest list I want to have the option to import a group list of my friends that live in the City that I m having the Party This app and some of the other apps import from my complete contact list on the iPad I have 1400 contacts on my contact list and don t want to go thru all the names to invite 50 people So it s important to me to import from a group On sending email invitations Most apps have all the names of the people I m inviting in the email I don t want my guest to see who else is invited I don t know about this app because I never got that far into the program This app and some others spend a lot of effort on seating budget etc I don t care about these things because all my parties are house parties         Good but not what I want 57guy
