Tried out the app and was very dismayed with what I saw in only 5 minutes of using the app A few things passcode option as opposed to using your email and password to log in each time is only 4 digit numeric option Easily can be guessed at hacked NOT SECURE stores message data on device NOT SECURE remote locking of device does NOT WORK the app does not become locked most of the time After several attempts got it to lock once but that was easily skirted by force closing the app Then it became unlocked Once again NOT SECURE many features of the app don t work often the camera is just a black screen so you have to guess at what you re taking a picture of couldn t register from the app that s broken too no web messaging interface to be found Not hipaa compliant no healthcare organization or medical professional should implement Lawsuit waiting to happen     No security and poor functionality Not hipaa compliant Colleen8484

The actual system it self is everything I needed it to be in order to have HIPPA compliant communications with my clients via text messages To know that I will be able to store all of my PHI so that I can obtain it with ease is fantastic I did do some comparison shopping hands down this one is the best                     a wonderful experience 4mfamily

Apparently this app is dissatisfied unless the user enables banners badges and sounds If you decide to turn off even one of these alerts you will be bombarded with a Warning when opening the app instructing you to enable whichever alert preference is disabled IMHO it s a dirty practice for developers to try and enforce a certain alert Notification Center scheme When I m in an app the developers are in charge When I m outside an app I believe that it is I the owner of my iPhone who should be decide when my device beeps and displays banners badges alerts Once you tap through the accursed UIAlerts it s a good enough application qliq for iPhone handles attachments phenomenally and the conversation view is pleasantly compact         Nagging pop ups mdwittenberg

This is a great app for the healthcare industry I have recommended it to many healthcare workers outside my qliq network All apps have issues but qliq has the best support team I have ever dealt with Incredibly prompt replies if there is an issue whether it is user related or app related There was an issue in on of the updates I reported it had a response within a couple hours and a new update went out that fixed the issue It s important to be able to trust in an application like this in our field                     Great app Abcdawesome

If setup properly this app is quite useful if you want to message in a hipaa compliant environment Still has some optimization needed but the guys as qliq soft are very responsive and want to make this product useful to healthcare users Compare to tiger text pro While that is an established product you will pay large fees per month So far the price and service for qliq are excellent Your organization or one user acting as the admin HAS to setup otherwise you may be unimpressed                 Useful Aardvark235
