N B Sometimes you can can replay a match before the winner is labeled Just click on the next match before the winner is indicated and sometimes the replay will start This is only a partial fix for someone who never wants to know the winner ahead of time The app can be difficult to use until you see how its parts fit together and you master some of the Japanese terminology Be persistent experiment with the app functions and it all starts to come together The glossary could be more accessible and functional for first time users Also some basic terms are missing in the glossary Overall it s not a very efficient access to the data Lots of hunting and pecking Still it s colorful and fun to use if you have the time A few more well placed English terms explanations could make it easier for the first time user Perhaps more sumo biographies anecdotes and news could be included Maybe show a little more before the start of the match More links to historical resources and rules would also be appreciated The MLB AtBat app is a hint of how great this sumo app could become Some great sumo features such as head to head archives and slow motion options Lots of entertainment and information information for sumo lovers and learners A terrific app in conjunction with the NHK sumo tournament coverage and Jason s All Sumo YouTube channel Hopefully Jason won t be bumped out of the ring by the big boys Lots of room for everybody It will be fun to watch this sumo app develop and update A great start                 Great fun improvements anticipated John R. Good app in many regards but it is impossible to watch matches without the app already informing you of the result which takes away all the excitement Were it not for that I d rate this 5 stars There must be a way to fix that like don t show the match results on the front page or on the same page as the watch page and don t reveal the result in the still of the video before clicking on it to watch             One big problem with app boozehound1540

I love this app It s great for the international sumo fan however it has one MAJOR PROBLEM and that is that you know who wins a match before watching and that kind of spoils the excitement The red highlights of winners should stop and the thumbnail stills of the match need to be changed from the end where you can see who wins to the faceoff or begining Come on no one wants to know who wins before watching I d really love to throw away the silly mask I ve made for my screen and stop hitting the play button before the still immage appears Slightly longer clips would be most appreciated Fans want the ambiance                 Almost perfect edo-gawa

First time app reviewer This is a visually beautiful app and a great way to share Sumo and stay up to date with the November tournament BUT for me it crashes 50 of the time multiple error messages another 25 the videos don t even load spinning circle and when they do the videos stop and start constantly it has nothing to do with connection The non video sections are well done but the app is useless without video ps the still picture from each video already shows the winner so why even watch There s a monthly fee so I just got taken Be careful with the auto renewal also     Nice try but huge disappointment GoHakuho

I was very excited to see that this type of app had been developed I enjoy watching the sumo tournaments on the TV Japan channel in the U S and it s great to see an app based option for those who can t watch the sumo otherwise I would also consider paying the monthly fee but only if I could watch the tournament each day from start to finish just like a regular broadcast Also I would want the option to listen to both the Japanese and English commentary If those changes are made I would become a paid subscriber Great job with this first attempt though                 A good start Let's Talk Japan Podcast

I am a huge sumo fan from America and think this app is great I think the problem is in joining as a paid member tanimachi I think if you want me to pay you need to offer at least the chance to watch Juyo matches as well as Makkuchi Also I hope you guys can increase your library of old matches from maybe as far back as early 90s I know footage of that exists Thank you     Love the app but could improve Dogmai2
