I ve had this app and the android one for a couple years I ve got a bunch of money tied up into Leviton They really need to start updating this app Add geo fencing for alarm Among other things Hai was a innovative company Since Levitons purchase it has gone down hill         Old and dated Mikej8111

I updated my iPhone and now the functionality of the app is not consistent I can t arm disarm from my phone I get kicked out of the app and not all the lights are showing up Also the event log was deleted and is not getting logged in Please update     Please update the app T. Pizzle

Let me see Where to start First there is a security problem because the switch that says require a password magically turns off The thermostat display doesn t indicate if the hvac system is running On units you can t set timers Program often hangs I guess I could go on and on about broken or missing features but it s clear that Leviton has no interest in fixing them There are other apps out there that are much better     Junk anog

This app is good and handy I will never understand why an App that cost so much would not notify you when the 1 reason you have a security system THE BURGLARY ALARM is activated Major oversight Would probably have given it 5 stars if it had this fundamental feature             Good App But Does NOT Notify you when the Alarm is Triggered Lizzard143

Just downloaded the APP to replace an old app I had from H me that stopped working with IOS8 Everything looks great so far however in the Audio zone page you re missing the and buttons which is needed to control the device playlist With IPOD etc Hope to see these two buttons added to the next release             Work great but missing Audio and AKPCH

I have had a hai system since 2007 and since have used the H ME app With the new upgrades of iphones over the years I lost too many features so i decided to upgrade to the Leviton app when the price dropped I have had it about 6 months now and couldn t be happier It has worked flawlessly on every level I have over 50 lights 2 t stats and 75 zones of alarm sensors 8 zones of the hifi system 4 ip cameras and the music gateway Nothing too crazy only about 60 programming lines It would be nice to edit the programs through the app i have to call the installation co every time i want to make a major change But all in all i havent had any of the issues proclaimed by others Thanks AP                     Omni Pro II 2007 hitman_ap

Events will not tell you what state your alarm was armed For example away or night or disarm if you use a user code you get nothing but date and time If quick arm it will say system away If code is used just lists code name and no state     Won t Open Rt2495

I have installed Security systems for the past 18years I ve worked with several other manufacturer s similar products HAI has done a great job with this app There are times when my phone loses the connection and the app stops working not the system s fault it s a security measure to prevent hacking I just restart the app and we are back in business Other systems have a 10 month fee HAI has no monthly cost just the initial 25 for the app I ve worked with HAI for 15years it continues to surpass my expectations the more I use it                     Best App on the Market KamikazeKarl

Just updated and I find the lighter background very distracting and makes the words hard to read especially on ipad in upper left corner where there is some white in the background It conflicts with the white text on every page in that spot Also the translucent light bulbs under control don t pop as much so it s hard at a glance to see whats on and off I love the logos but wish the background could be changed or dimmed Also under zones the little lock icon is gone so now I cant see which zone is open or closed without reading every line My OmniTouch screen died after only 5 years and no parts available Lame so now I will be using an iPad but the display on some areas is just so small For instance the current outside temp on the home page Does it have to be 8 inches to the right and in 12 point type Can we get more items that used to be on the Omnitouch screens             Nice but hard to read Hjdygftu

I ve been an HAI now Leviton customer since late 2005 I am a big fan I had two OmniTouch controllers in the house which were starting to act up I opted to replace them with iPad Minis At first blush the apps looked and worked great After doing additional probing as to the functionality of the app I found that the screen to control the temps is cut off at the bottom when in landscape mode I know the app was optI mixed for iPhone 5 in portrait mode BUT IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE ID THEY COULD ADDRESS THIS MINOR ISSUE to extend functionality to the iPad and other tablets when in Landscape configuration I ve been forced to use Haiku app which does a nice job but it doesn t seem as elegant as SnapLink             Small issues keep this from being 5 Gschwob

How software can be this poorly written is beyond my comprehension In the previous version you could go to Zones Here you could see what zones were open and what zones were bypassed There was a small icon of a lock indicating the zone A locked icon showed the zone was secure an unlocked icon showed the zone was not secure SHOCKINGLY THIS HAS BEEN REMOVED This means that when you have a zone bypassed the app will NOT tell you if that zone is secure A practical example might be if you have a window open on your 2nd floor for fresh air If you have that zone bypassed the app will not tell you if that window is open as it did in the previous version Therefore any zones that are bypassed MUST be physically checked Because their status can not be determined by this app Moreover in an attempt to make this app pretty it now has a blue and white background that cannot be changed Trying to read white text on a partially white background It is difficult SnapLink is a clunky program to use For example when you are trying to bypass zones you have to exit out of that window completely then go back in to that menu to bypass an additional zone The same is true if you want to restore any zones Shocking but true if you want to arm your alarm and any zones are not ready the program simply comes back and refuses to proceed It should present the user with the not ready zone s and give them the option to bypass it That s how my 1987 alarm worked when a zone was not ready     Latest Version Downgrade Interface Wiz
