For such an amazing world class airline with high accolades they continue to disappoint with constant poor updates to this Singapore Airlines mobile App Low data migration and retrieval of many pertinent information Fare sales never reflect appropriately No passbook High data transfer of basic information Lag time during searches Come on SIA you can do much much better Lets use the awesomeness of SIA to make this app also awesome     Absolutely Ridiculous Poor Quality
Why does Singapore airlines bother to launch this Its half done and the service and greatness i expect from the once best airline just is not therei used to be a krisflyer gold customer but have not used kf for a while so when i saw the app i really hoped it was great But no Terribleu should really take it out of the app store     Why
I have very slow internet speed and this app can take 5 to 15 minutes to respond to each screen touch I have persisted with it over the past several months and update it whenever a new update comes out Singapore air are the absolute best airline to fly with but this app is horrid I unfortunately live where I am forced to fly with United airlines quite often and their app is awesome With our slow speed each screen tap is responded to in 1 to 3 seconds on the United airlines app It would be great if Singapore air could use Untieds app developers to help them with this app and also if United would get some help from Singapore air on customer service     Horrible

1 Keep getting error 3010 when I go back to the fare calender to select another date when I choose to search using flexibke date 2 Clicking on the Full Fare Condition for Flexi Saver shows full rule text is not available for this fare 3 No longer allow saving of searches in my favourites 4 Cant add a trip using booking reference without login to the account if the trip is booked online I dont want to login everytime to check my bookings 5 Doesnt allow booking of waitlist using krisflyer redemption        Getting worst

I am a frequent flyer in Asia and I really like the SQ app especially when compared to the CX app And just now I saw one negative review but as a frequent flyer I feel the SQ app is one of the best And I love the real time seat selection tool and checkin features                 A great little app

I downloaded this app so that I could check in on my phone Not only does it not list my flight on the check in page but when I manually retrieve it it says I cant check in because theres a server error Whats the point of an app that cant even perform the basic functions     useless
app doesnt seem to do much krisflyer miles displayed are not comprehensive wont tell you how much in miles it would cost for a trip only seems to know what specials are available from sg even that isnt complete fail not worth the space     useless app v70

For what I pay for their tickets they couldve spent a little more to pay for a better app Tried registering a new account errors with the form entries including having to scroll up and down to choose gender not being able to see options for the last field on the bottom city and then final kick in the pants http error when submitting So lots of frustration no end result     Did they test the app at all
Start it up and it asks for my phone number with country code Enter all that and all I get is a box with Please check your internet connection No obvious way around this     Cant use it at all
The app does not contain all of the information that a traveler may need when flying ie Baggage allowancesfees inflight services etc The mobile site is no better I expected much better from SA Very disappointed     Needs a lot of work
I tried to book a flight to MAA from SIN departing 30 April 2015 and return 3 May 2015 and the App constantly showed error 10031 and 10036 message and will not allow booking Too many bugs Looks like this would also be like the last website upgrade experience     Disappointing

This has to be the worst mobile app for any airline For the amount of to purchase flights on this airline one would think they could update their site to function for checkin I had 3 flights this trip all on Singapore Airlines and was unable to check in via this mobile app Received error messages despite accurately filling out drop down items andor server problems Ridiculous for this premium airline Even their website has issues so maybe their IT customer service group needs a refresher course in app development and requirements from their traveler base     Shockingly lacking in functionality

Wow I didnt expect to say this but this app actually works Quite well At least the first time I tried Unfortunately my expectations are that low Singapore Airlines has the best inflight service and product but the app and website have always SUCKED Big time Slow Full of error messages Unintuitive especially the website Hopefully this updated app represents the start of a new commitment to creating a superior online experience for SQ customers           Big improvement
