Use it multiple times a week to look up the org chart while Im traveling retrieve phone numbers and also access information about my customers word docs power points etc I especially like the group function Ive got specific groups for each of my clients and everyone on the team will post updates to the group new info questions presentations etc I get notified of changes automatically and can review them from the back of a taxi sitting at the airport etc Very helpful Awesome App

Great concept but seems to be highly fragile My experience has been that whenever they update functionality decreases and more issues are created It is entirely possible that it is our corporate implementation but support is virtually nonexistent and takes weeks Currently weve been waiting weeks for phone numbers to be reinstated due to an upgrade Photos are also now problematic Unless you are a Fortune 100 corp you are unlikely to get supporteven for issues they create Unfortunately we have thousands of employees on this system And hundreds of thousands of dollars invested Only engage this system if you totally understand the risks A very frustrated user Unreliable
I use this to manage my team and look at predictive Analytics about my group I can also create new reqs to initiate the hiring process This makes my job of managing my people much easier than it used to be I love SuccessFactors and how easy the talent management is but the core hr functions are like using turbo tax Hard to mess up Just answer the questions based on what you want to do Best strategic HCM mobile app ever
Was a stable app until the newest release Im on an iPhone 5 with all updates to IOS It appears that the tweaksfixes of this version have caused bigger issues Please get this functioning again soonj App no longer usable after recent update

I generally use the sfsf app for JAM only I find it very slow in particular for looking at notifications and not easy to look at my feed updates Very slow
The app asks for a password but then an error message keeps reappearing that prevents one from ever entering the password This in turn makes it impossible to open the app The app runs great on the iPhone but not at all on the iPad Password screen hangs
