I m usually impressed by the trainer pro series apps This one is lackluster The demonstrators are not dynamic and seem to ho hum during the exercises Perhaps this is aimed toward beginners Also this app could really use more exercises and better categorization One exercise for abs and a triceps extension somehow works your legs while lying down I don t get it This one falls a little short but I ll work with what it gives me             Could Be A Lot Better Paradigm816

You should be able to edit a custom workout once you create it As of now once you drag all your exercises in it breaks it up by day and you can t see your full list If that gets changed this is a 5 star app                 Great except one thing Horklespank

I love the graphics and being able to create my own workouts is the point I can focus on areas I want to work I have injuries that force me to adapt my workouts and that s why this app is perfect It breaks down all the moves by three levels and I can mix and match how I train my whole body It lets you choose how much rests reps and sets And gives you explanations of the types of workouts Tabata standard hiiit etc I m also crazy about how it shows what part of the anatomy each exercise works and gives you front and side views during the demonstrations                     I love it jendjen
Yes the graphics are nice but I don t understand all of the good reviews There are only 2 workouts that come loaded You have to create the rest on your own If I could create my own workouts I wouldn t need an app The descriptions are misleading Also there aren t really that many exercises 51 total There are dozens more Kettlebell moves that could be added I contacted the developer twice to see if they would be adding more workouts and they have never responded Disappointed             I don t get it 46degrees

I wanted to implement kettle bells into my work out this app gave me a perfect reason to do it There are a variety of exercises in here that will work out every part of your bodyit has a body muscle map so you can choose which body parts to work out and it will build a routine accordingly Great app and intense workout                 Great workout

Ive been using this app for a few days and I really like it As a kettle bell newbie it helps me to follow a program and improve my form They recently added more exercises they download within the app Id like to see some improvements 1 As a newbie I dont feel totally comfortable planning my own workout yet Id like to see more default programs to choose from for new users Ive been using the TABATA 8 program and I like it but it would be cool to have a few more varied default programs to choose from just to make it even easier to get started 2 Id like to see some way to signal arm switches for single arm exercises What I do now is an even number of program repetitions and try to remember to alternate arms It might be nice to have an arm switch built into the program and signaled by the app It just seems like this area could use some help 3 I listen to music while doing my workout Sometimes it is hard to hear the apps signals Id like a way to have the app fade the music volume when it is signaling           Great app could use some small improvements
