Thank you Wellbeyond Like most 5 year old boys mine goes through phases with tons of energy He s a super sweet boy but of course he bounces off the walls from time to time So it makes it worth the time to write this review to say how grateful I am that he LOVES to tie in to the short meditations before going to sleep at night He loves the voices and seems to really enjoy slowing down and relaxing The fact that he views it almost as screen time while getting the benefits of small bits of meditation is totally awesome Good on you and thanks                     My 5 yr old loves this before bed Gujdff

My daughter and I completed meditations every night before bed With the new update now we are being charged to listen to the full meditations that were previously Free Very upsetting especially after establishing these mediations in the bedtime routines     Need to purchase to access meditations Where's our meditations?

I have two meditation apps for my kids 8yo 6yo this one and Calm and OMG what a difference In calm app the narrator s voice is calm but engaged and so pleasant to listen to This narrator is so dull it s like she is about to pass out at any moment like she is narrating for a thousandth time and ran out of energy May be other reviewers never experienced other meditation apps No idea why this has positive reviews Wish I did not purchase it     Dull kids will not want to listen understandably Mom34578()

This is such a great app We like all the meditations but our favorite one is the sleep meditation This is very effective at bedtime for our 4 year old who has difficulty going to sleep Since we got the app she now goes to sleep in 10 minutes or less the run time of the meditation This is a game changer We love that it is helping her learn how to better manage herself and in a peaceful way                     Excellent Chloe.mato

My first impression and spontaneous reaction to this early effort is 1 It needs slow and gentle movement or animation in the visuals 2 The narrator voice and diction and inflections and volume were disruptive to the goal of relaxation and focus 3 In the description include the credentials of the author of the narrations The idea has potential         Not yet Hats Off ...

I was helping babysit my friends kids the other day and they had this app on their iPad for the kids to use It s all I heard about from those kids until we finally got the iPad out and opened the app up I couldn t believe how much they were into it and how much it calmed the normally extremely hyperactive youngest child down It was like some sort of magical harmony came over all three of these little normally crazy gremlins and turned them into little polite and chill humans that afternoon lol They didn t even cry at nap time This is awesome                     So great Autsy

Very nicely done Great hand painted illustrations short guided relaxations with pleasant voiceovers gentle music It is worth it s weight in gold I used it today with great success I am a speech language pathologist and kids yoga teacher who works with kids with severe disabilities Many are nonverbal and have limited means of self regulating One was so upset this morning that she was engaging in self injurious behaviors I got her into a quiet room laid her on a bean bag chair and turned on the sleep guided relaxation in this app Within less than a minute she calmed down quit banging her head and fell asleep This app has earned a rare permanent spot in the valuable limited memory real estate on my therapy iPad Definitely will be recommending this free app at OMazing Kids                     Lovely kid friendly relaxation OMazing Kids
